Shake well before use. For children 2 years and older, take one (1) dropperful (1 mL) 30 minutes before bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness. For best results, allow your child to sleep for more than 6 hours. Take only as directed. Do not exceed recommended dosage. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your child’s pediatrician.
