Directions:
For adults, take 0.5 mL to 1.0 mL at bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness.
Other Ingredients:
Vegetable Glycerin, Water, Natural Black Carrot and Black Currant Concentrates (Color), Citric Acid, Natural Black Cherry Flavor, Sodium Gluconate, Sodium Benzoate (Preservative), Potassium Sorbate (Preservative).

Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur. Do not drive, operate machinery or consume alcohol when taking this product. Limit use to two months with a break of one week. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our products to the following countries due to border restrictions: Spain, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Sweden and Austria. Please note that all items will be packed in discrete packaging.
Free Mainland UK Delivery (4-7 Working Days)
Our standard delivery service is between 4-7 working days. This applies to Mainland UK only. Although the vast majority of shipments take 4-7 working days from the USA to the UK, the postal service does occasionally have delays in which the shipments can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
